Maxwell Kupferberg 84, passed away peacefully Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at Prestige Assisted Living in Lake Havasu City, AZ. Born in Albany, NY, he moved with his family to Syracuse after he served in the Coast Guard during WWII. He was retired from Carrier Corporation, where he worked for 38 years and also owned and operated Max's Air Conditioning until 2005. He re-located to Lake Havasu City in June of this year.
He was predeceased by his wife Rita in March 2011. He is survived by his two daughters, Ann Kupferberg of Baldwinsville, N.Y. and Marcia (Al Loxley) Kupferberg Turner of Lake Havasu City, AZ, and grand dogs Daisy, Montana, Molly and grand kittens Will and Kate..
